Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped/delivered.
We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or replacements for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing/item selection.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
If this happens, please follow these steps within [e.g., 48 hours / 7 days] of receiving your delivery:
1. Email our customer support team at shop.aexthetic@gmail.com
2. Include your Order Number and clear photo/video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.
3. Once reviewed and approved, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
