Thank you for shopping with AEXTHETIC! Here is how our shipping process works:

1. Processing Times

 All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

 Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3.Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 AEXTHETIC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

 If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at shop.aexthetic@gmail.com within 7–10 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
